Q.1 EXPLAIN ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR ?
ACTUATOR—It is an electronic quantity that convert current quantity into the physical quantity.
ELECTOMAGNETIC ACTUATOR—This type of electronic device is used to transform current quantity into the moving system if we kept it in the presence of magnetic field and current.
In this device it consist of long coil which is wounded by a wire which is carried by a current and also contain the movable coil which is placed with the axis in it which will produce the magnetic field. By applying the magnetic field and changing the magnetic field this will lead to convert the electrical quantity into mechanical quantity.
Q.2 WHAT IS ACTUATOR . EXPLAIN MOVING COIL ACTUATOR AND MOVING MAGNETIC ACTUATOR?
ACTUATOR:- It is a device that is used to convert the electrical quantity into the mechanical quantity.
MOVING COIL ACTUATOR:
A moving coil actuator can be also called by another name and that is voice coil actuator which is used to move heavy mass object from one place to another.
It consist of a permanent magnet and some steel with the coil and that will assembled with the coil in which current is flowing and that will interact with the magnetic field and that will produce a force which is perpendicular to the direction of current.
MOVING MAGNETIC ACTUATOR:
A MOVING MAGNETIC ACTUATOR is a device which is used to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.
It consist of a permanent magnetic field and a coil which is assembled in such a way that the current flow in the coil and that will produce a force equal and opposite between the coil and magnet.
WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF TEMPERATURE SENSOR? HOW THE TEMERATURE SENSOR WORK.
SOLUTION:- TEMPERATURE SENSOR:
IT IS A SUCH TYPE OF SENSOR WHICH IS USED TO MEASURE THE TEMPERATURE EVEN HOT OR COLD WHICH IS GENERATE BY A BODY OR A OBJECT.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR WORKS WHEN TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS APPLIED VOLTAGE ACROSS THE DIODE THEN IF THE VOLTAGE IS INCREASES THEN TEMPERATURE ALSO INCREASES. DUE TO THIS IT PRODUCES A VOLTAGE DROP BETWEEN THE TERMINALS OF BASE AND EMITTER .THEN THE SENSOR RECORDED THIS CHANGES . IF THE DIFFERNECE OF VOLTAGE IS AMPLIFIED THEN IT SHOWS THE CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE.
Q4. QUESTION 4:
EXPLAIN DIFFERENT MICRO ACTUATOR METHODS?
A MICERO ACTUATOR IS BASED ON SERVO MOTAR WHICH IS USED TO CONVERT AMOUNT OF ENERGY INTO MECHANICAL ENERGY .
THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MICRO ACTUATORS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
1. ELECTROSTATIC ACTUATOR:
ELECTROSTATIC ACTUATOR IS A SUCH TYPE OF TRANSDUCER WHICH IS USED TO CONVERT THE ELECTRIC ENERGY INTO MECHANICAL FORCE AND PRESSURE.
AMONG SEVERAL ELECTROSTATIC ACTUATOR , CAPACITANCE IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS ACTUATOR.
CAPACITANCE IS USED TO CONVERT THE APPLIED VOLTAGE INTO EQUIVALENT FORCE AND PRESSURE.
2. ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR:
IT IS SUCH TYPE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE TO TRANSFORM ELECTRONIC QUANTITY INTO MECHANICAL QUANTITY BY USING MAGNETIC FIELD AND CURRENT
3. THERMAL ACTUATOR:
THE THERMAL ACTAUTOR IS SUCH TYPE OF TRANSUDER WHICH IS USED AS CHANGE THE HOT AND COLD GENEARTED BY A BODY PRODUCES A MECHANICAL CHANGES.
EXPLAIN THE CALIBRATION ERROR, HYSTERSIS ERROR AND NON LINEARITY ERROR WITH NEAT DIAGRAM?
WHEN THE OUTPUT READING IS OF ANY INSTRUMENT IS GIVING WRONG THEN A CALIBRATION ARE USED TO CALIBRATE IT AND THIS IS CALIBRATION ERRORS.
IT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OF INCREASING RANGE POINT WITH DECREASING RANGE POINT OF A PRESSURE SENSOR.
NON LINEARITY ERROR:
IN THIS ERROR , THERE IS DEVIATION IS GENERATED IN A STRAIGHT
LINEAR GRAPH WHICH IS ALSO CALLED LINEALITY ERROR.
